What We Offer
Services Offered
Comprehensive dental care under one roof. Tap any treatment to see what it is and exactly how it's done.
What it is
A titanium post placed into the jawbone to take the place of a missing tooth root, topped with a custom-made crown. Unlike a denture or a conventional bridge, an implant stands on its own — the healthy teeth on either side are left untouched, and the bone around it keeps being loaded, so it doesn't shrink away the way it does under a gap.
How it's done
Assessment and 3D scan. A CBCT scan maps bone height, density and nerve position so the implant size and angle are planned before anything is done.
Placement. Under local anaesthesia, a small opening is made in the gum and the implant is seated into the bone. Usually 30–60 minutes for a single implant.
Healing. Bone fuses to the implant surface over roughly three to four months. A temporary tooth can be worn meanwhile so you're never without one.
Abutment and scan. Once integrated, the connector is fitted and a digital scan is taken for the final crown.
Crown fitted. The crown is shade-matched to your natural teeth, checked for bite and contact, then secured.
Not a single procedure but a plan for the whole smile — the shape and length of the teeth, their colour, how they sit against your lips, and how the gum line frames them. Depending on what's needed it may combine veneers, bonding, whitening, gum contouring or alignment. The point is that all of it is designed together rather than fixed tooth by tooth.
How it's done
Records and discussion. Photographs, scans and a bite analysis, plus a proper conversation about what you actually want changed.
Digital design. Your smile is designed on screen first, so proportions and shape can be judged before any tooth is touched.
Trial smile. The design is placed in your mouth as a temporary mock-up. You see it, live with it, and approve or adjust it.
Treatment. The agreed steps are carried out, with tooth reduction kept to the minimum the case allows.
Fit and refine. Final restorations are bonded, then bite, contacts and surface finish are checked and polished.
When decay or trauma reaches the pulp — the nerve and blood supply inside the tooth — it becomes inflamed or infected and won't recover on its own. Root canal treatment removes that tissue, cleans and disinfects the canals, and seals them. It's what saves a tooth that would otherwise have to come out. Worth saying plainly: the pain people associate with root canals comes from the infection, not the treatment.
How it's done
Diagnosis. An X-ray confirms the diagnosis and maps the canal anatomy, which varies from tooth to tooth.
Anaesthesia and isolation. The tooth is numbed and isolated with a rubber dam so the working area stays clean and dry.
Cleaning and shaping. A small access opening is made, the pulp removed, and the canals shaped with rotary instruments and irrigated.
Sealing. The canals are filled with a biocompatible material and sealed so bacteria can't re-enter.
Crown. The tooth is usually capped afterwards — a treated tooth is more brittle and a crown protects it from fracture.
A crown is a custom cap that covers a tooth that's cracked, heavily filled, worn or root-treated — restoring its shape and, more importantly, its strength. A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by joining crowns on the teeth or implants either side of the gap, so the space is filled with something fixed rather than removable.
How it's done
Preparation. The tooth is shaped under anaesthesia to make room for the crown — only as much as the material requires.
Digital scan. An intraoral scanner captures the tooth and your bite. No putty trays.
Temporary. A temporary crown protects the prepared tooth and keeps the space while the final one is made.
Fabrication. Made in zirconia, e.max or metal-ceramic depending on where the tooth sits and how visible it is.
Fit and cement. Checked for fit, contact points, shade and bite, adjusted if needed, then permanently cemented.
A coordinated plan to restore all or most of the teeth in both jaws. It's used where there's severe wear, acid erosion, several missing or broken teeth, or a bite that has collapsed over time. What makes it different from ordinary dentistry is sequence: the jaw relationship and bite height are re-established first, and the teeth are built to that — not patched one at a time.
How it's done
Full diagnostic workup. Scans, photographs, bite records, and assessment of the jaw joints and muscles.
Plan and sequence. Deciding which teeth can be saved, which need restoring or replacing, and the order the work should follow.
Bite reconstruction. The correct jaw position is established and tested with temporaries you wear and live with before anything permanent is made.
Definitive restorations. Crowns, bridges, implants or dentures are placed in planned stages.
Review and maintenance. Bite refined, a night guard provided where indicated, and regular follow-up scheduled.
Care for milk and mixed dentition — first check-ups, prevention, fillings, and guidance on habits and jaw growth. The clinical side is only half of it. The other half is making sure a child leaves without a fear that follows them into adulthood, which is why the first visit here usually involves no treatment at all.
How it's done
Familiarisation. A short visit with nothing done — the child meets the chair, the team and the sounds first.
Examination. A gentle check of teeth, bite and jaw development. X-rays only where they'd genuinely change the plan.
Prevention. Cleaning, fluoride application, and sealants on the biting surfaces of new molars, where decay usually starts.
Treatment if needed. Fillings, pulpectomy or space maintainers, using tell–show–do so nothing happens without warning.
Guidance for home. Brushing technique, diet, and habits such as thumb-sucking, bottle use or mouth breathing.
Moving teeth into better position with either fixed braces — brackets bonded to the teeth and joined by a wire — or a series of clear removable aligners. Both work by applying gentle, sustained pressure so bone remodels around the tooth. Which suits you depends on how complex the movement is, your age, and how visible you're willing for the treatment to be.
How it's done
Records and assessment. Scans, photographs and X-rays; crowding, spacing, and the way your teeth meet are measured rather than estimated.
Digital treatment plan. Tooth movement is simulated so you can see the projected result and timeline before starting.
Fitting. Brackets are bonded and the first wire placed, or your first set of aligner trays is issued and fitted.
Progressive movement. Wires are adjusted every 4–6 weeks, or trays changed every 1–2 weeks and worn 20–22 hours a day.
Retention. Retainers hold the result. This part isn't optional — without them teeth drift back over the following years.
A peroxide-based gel that breaks down staining held within the enamel and dentine, lightening the natural tooth shade. It works on natural tooth structure only — crowns, veneers and existing fillings won't change colour, so if you have any in the smile line they're planned around and sometimes replaced afterwards to match.
How it's done
Check first. Cavities, gum health and existing sensitivity are assessed. Whitening is only done on a healthy mouth.
Cleaning. Scaling and polishing removes surface stain and deposits so the gel acts evenly across the tooth.
Shade record. Your starting shade is recorded against a guide, so the change afterwards is measurable rather than a matter of opinion.
Application. Gums are isolated and protected, then gel is applied in timed cycles in the clinic — or custom trays are made for controlled use at home.
Aftercare. Avoid staining foods and drinks for the first 48 hours, plus desensitising treatment if you need it.
We invest in advanced equipment and rigorous protocols so every procedure is safe, comfortable and accurate — from diagnosis to final restoration.

Digital sensors replace film, so the image appears on screen within seconds and can be magnified, adjusted and stored alongside your record. The radiation dose is a fraction of conventional film radiography, and there are no chemicals or processing delays. It also means you can look at the same image we are looking at while the diagnosis is explained.

Root canals are cleaned and shaped with nickel-titanium instruments driven by a torque-controlled handpiece rather than by hand files. The instruments flex around curved canals instead of forcing them straight, which makes the treatment quicker, more precise and considerably more comfortable — most cases are finished in a single sitting.

The prepared tooth is scanned, the restoration is designed on screen, and it is then milled from a solid ceramic block. Because the whole chain stays digital there is no distortion from impression material or stone models, so the fit at the margin is more accurate — and the shade, contour and bite can be adjusted before anything is manufactured.
Photo of strict sterilization protocols at RESODENT
Instruments are scrubbed, sealed into pouches and autoclaved under pressure, with every cycle monitored to confirm the load actually reached sterilising conditions. Single-use items are used exactly once. Surfaces, handpieces and chair controls are disinfected between every patient. This is the part of a clinic you never see, which is precisely why we document it.

A small wand takes a continuous 3D scan of your teeth and bite in a few minutes — no trays, no putty, no gagging. The resulting model is used to plan crowns, aligners and implants, and because it is a file rather than a physical mould it can be stored and reused later without putting you through a fresh impression.
